So far, all the air quality system in the houses work based on timing and air circulation and air purifying happens without targeting any particular measurements which can be expensive. UV lights purify the air by killing mold, bacteria and viruses, ultimately funneling clean air into the HVAC system for circulation. UV lights remove contaminants by emitting a light that destroys their DNA makeup. The contaminant is then not able to repair itself and is considered non-threatening.

It should be noted that the remaining air particles that were not removed by HEPA filter will be destroyed by UV light.
