The EZSR-23 Fiber Slit & Ring Tool has been specially designed to prepare 2 mm and 3 mm fiber optic cables for connecting with Fitel EZ!Fuse™ SC & LC Splice-On Connectors. This tool saves time and makes the connecting process extremely easy by having a ringing dial and slitting channel with preset lengths. This slit and ring tool also features the following:
- Adjustable ringing dial quickly changes between 6 mm, 13 mm, and 20 mm preset lengths
- Slits fiber cable at preset length of 6 mm so no need for tedious measurements
- 23 mm groove verifies bare fiber length before placing it in a fiber holder
- 7 mm marking verifies the length of the exposed fiber after placing in a fiber holder
- Spring-loaded design for easy operation
